CrateOnSite & FreightOnSite:
ShipOnSite owners can package and ship freight items all over the world. Oversized items and items weighing more than 150 pounds will need freight shipping services. Freight items can be shipped by land, air or sea and transported by truck, rail, aircraft and ocean containers.
GraphicsOnSite & PrintOnSite:

Kathryn Brewer, Founder & Managing Partner
As Founder and Managing Partner of ShipOnSite, Inc., Kathy Brewer is responsible for design of ShipOnSite stores, overseeing the set-up process, and making sure new owners are comfortable and at-ease through each step of store ownership. Having experienced several family owned and small businesses, she is able to answer questions about customer service issues, marketing, and accounting. Kathy has extensive retail, marketing and accounting experience and has had a diverse career, which led to being a self-employed owner of a clothing boutique.
Nationwide Advertising, Inc.
Starting at Nationwide Advertising as a receptionist, Kathy was promoted twice within her first year, eventually becoming the Accounts Payable Manager. She was responsible for all accounts payable for 41 offices throughout the U.S. and Canada. Kathy was also the Accounts Payable Manager for a subsidiary that owned the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Brittany Investment Company
Brittany Investment Company bought and owned several manufacturing companies throughout the Midwest. As bookkeeper, Kathy was responsible for collecting all accounting data from each company and processing it through their individual holding companies. This job gave her first experience at handling multiple sets of company books.

Kathy was a Full Charge Bookkeeper for this Development Company where her responsibilities included management of personal accounts for the key people and keeping multiple sets of books for their holding companies.
Kenn Corporation, Inc. (dba, Gaylen’s Boutique)
Kathy was owner and operator of this upscale-women’s clothing store. Her responsibilities included marketing, sales, buying, hiring, accounting, wholesale representation and trade shows for this retail business. Over a 9year period, she increased store sales 10-times and sold it for a substantial return.
Frank Espinal, BA, MBA, Managing Partner & Master Developer
As a Managing Partner & Master Developer of ShipOnSite, Frank Espinal is responsible for marketing ShipOnSite’s business ownership opportunity to qualified entrepreneurs. He works with each new store owner throughout the 8-week process, making sure all questions and concerns are addressed. In addition to offering continued phone support for current owners, he updates and maintains all training and reference materials. Frank is ShipOnSite’s only certified crating and freight agent. He has more than 500 freight companies contracted with him through a Transportation Management System (TMS).

Frank worked in the clinical diagnostics industry for more than 25 years. His career started in sales, where he consulted and sold genetic and esoteric testing to hospitals, medical centers and government health departments in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for eight years. In 2006, he retired from Quest Diagnostics, Inc. as a Corporate Director of Revenue. His responsibilities included Revenue Operations and Financial Sourcing for Quest Diagnostics Corporate. Frank’s expertise in revenue management, sales & marketing, operations & logistics has positioned his store in the forefront with the Grand Strand community.

Melissa Hlavenka, Director of Store Openings
As the Director of Store Openings at ShipOnSite, Inc., Melissa is responsible for overseeing the set-up process of new stores.
Over the past 6 years she has worked her way up from a part time employee overseeing online fulfillment of retail sales to store manager of both the shipping and retail side of the ShipOnSite Wake Forest location. She oversees store resets and day to day operations.
GE Capital Corporation -Commercial Equipment Financing (CEF)
Melissa started her career as a Portfolio Account Manager in the GE Capital Corporate Headquarters servicing accounts for internal regional offices and handling external customer service needs. She was quickly promoted and relocated to the Southeast Region of CEF located in Charlotte, NC where she prepared documentation and handled funding of customer accounts. She was further promoted and became an internal auditor/conversions and acquisitions representative. In this role, she performed internal audits of regional office accounts and converted acquired corporations’ documentation and computer systems to mesh with internal systems.
